PRICING OR TYPOGRAPHICAL / IMAGE ERRORS
We work hard to provide accurate product image representation and pricing and product information. However, pricing, typographical or image errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information or out-dated photograph due to an error in pricing or product information, SpaManagementManuals shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY OF THE PUBLICATIONS
The publications are only available in electronic format as this minimises prices by eliminating printing, postage and delivery charges. This process also enables fast delivery to your nominated email address, within 48hrs, so you may begin to use the information soon after you pay for it. Each publication is available in secure PDF format and you may save the publications files onto your computer and print them for easy reading.

REFUNDS
As the publications are delivered in electronic format, a refund is not available. To assist the decision to purchase, we have provided a range of information of each publication and a sample chapter for you to review.

ORDER RETURNS
If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of SpaManagementManuals, it will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge will be given. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer will not receive a refund.

QTY LIMITS AND ITEMS FOR RESALE
SpaManagementManuals reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same email address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail address provided should such limits be applied. SpaManagementManuals also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
