This manual is targeted at spa receptionists/customer service team members looking for ways to enhance their guest’s service experience. The premise of the hands-on approach is to take you to the highest professional level quickly while you actively implement the techniques in this manual. It’s one thing to read about customer service in a spa environment and another experience entirely to follow a step-by-step guide and achieve excellent results. My motto is ‘Read the manual, follow the instructions, and you’ll excel as a spa professional’. I have received countless testimonials, and it is my goal to make sure this motto remains true for all my manuals.
